Prior to becoming a Residential Real Estate Agent, Adam worked in commercial real estate for over 7 years. This experience uniquely equipped him with strident business acumen, outstanding analytical skills, and in-depth knowledge of the investment aspects of real estate transactions.
A holder of a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Miami with a specialty in Real Estate Finance, Adam is endowed with a great understanding of the intricacies of buying and selling homes coupled with excellent business analytical skills. His competency lies in his strong knack for Real Estate fundamentals and understanding of the value of all asset classes of Real Estate to offer valuable insights and advice to his clients.
Having grown up in New York, Adam specializes in assisting clients to relocate full or part-time from New York and the northeast to South Florida. Adam is also licensed in NY and happily serves his client's real estate needs in both states.
Adam is complimented most for his strong work ethic and personable, perceptive, and thoughtful personality. In his free time, Adam enjoys playing golf and tennis. He currently lives in Woodfield Country Club, in Boca Raton Florida with his wife and daughter.
